What this site is for

This site presents our services. Nothing on it is an offer to enter into a contract: scope, price and timing are agreed individually and set out in a written contract.

Prices

Prices are in euros, excluding VAT, and are meant for business clients. They are indicative: the final price is set in the proposal or contract. If you're a consumer, the proposal will show the price including VAT.

Orders and payments

We don't sell anything or take payments through this site. Sending the form is only an enquiry and doesn't commit you to anything. Payment terms are set out in the contract and invoices.

Cancellation and refunds

For business clients, termination and refund terms are set in the contract.

If you're a consumer and sign the contract remotely, you can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. If you ask us to start earlier, you pay for the part delivered before you withdraw; once the service is fully delivered with your consent, the right to withdraw no longer applies.

To withdraw, email info@bongo.lt. We'll refund you within 14 days using the same payment method.

Content and trademarks

The site's text, design and the photos and videos we made belong to UAB „Bongo CO“ or are used with our clients' permission. Client names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only as examples of our work. Don't copy the content without permission.

Liability

We try to keep the information accurate and current, but it can change. We're not liable for decisions based on the site alone; only the terms in a signed contract apply.

Governing law and disputes

Lithuanian law applies. We try to settle disputes by talking first. Consumers can also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lt).
